We want you to feel confident buying from Veliena. If the product isn’t right for you, we’ll make it right.

Our 90-day money-back guarantee

You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a full refund of the purchase price.

You may open and use the product. That is the point of the guarantee — brightening results take 4–6 weeks of consistent use, so you could not fairly judge the product without using it. Opening a jar does not affect your eligibility for a refund.

How to request a refund

Email hello@veliena.com with:

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• A short note on what didn’t work for you (optional, but it helps us improve)

We respond within 1–2 business days. There are no forms to fill in and no restocking fees.

Do I need to ship the product back?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not ask you to return opened jars — please dispose of them. If your order included unopened jars, we will email you a prepaid return label and the return address once your request is approved. Never send a package back before contacting us, as we cannot process unannounced returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, leaking, or not what you ordered, contact hello@veliena.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest route is to request a refund for your original order and place a new order separately.

How refunds are issued

• Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
• We process approved refunds within 2 business days.
• Your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5–10 business days to post the funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still don’t see it, email us and we’ll chase it with you.

Limits

The guarantee covers one order per customer. It is intended to let you try the product without risk, not to allow repeated free purchases. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, email us and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the guarantee above.

Product notice

Veliena Brightening Pads are cosmetic skincare products intended for external use only. Results vary with skin type, consistency of use, and individual conditions. We recommend a patch test before full use.
